The Firm
Established in 1982, the Law Offices of William R. Satterberg, Jr. has handled significant civil and criminal litigation across Alaska for more than four decades.
On the civil side, the firm concentrates on personal injury and wrongful death. On the criminal side, it has argued landmark cases on constitutional rights and defended major state and federal matters, from violent crimes to drug, economic, and computer offenses.
Its clients have ranged from individuals and businesses to insurance and construction companies, Alaska Native regional and surface corporations, municipal and state agencies, and clients overseas in the Far East and Europe.
Mr. Satterberg was admitted to the Alaska Bar in 1976. He graduated from Syracuse University College of Law, spending his second year at Notre Dame’s London program, and practices alongside associate attorney Meredith Morris and a full paralegal, secretarial, and accounting staff.
Above all, the firm works to stay responsive and easy to deal with. Without that, it could not exist.
